Manchester United has suffered one of the biggest loss margins in its history against Brentford. The game ended with a 4-0 away defeat for United in which all the four goals are scored in the first half. This is the first time in Man United history that the club has conceded four goals at halftime.
One of the most disastrous mistakes of De Gea in just the 10th minute of the game gave Brentford a lead. Ronaldo lost the ball to Jensen at the center of the ground. He passed the ball towards Josh Dasilva who shot from the range.
In the 18th minute, Mathias Jensen takes the advantage of mistakes from Eriksen and De Gea. Ben Mee scored the header to make 3-0 in the 30th minute. After that United looks to attack high but Brentford punished them as soon as they won possession back. Bryan Mbeumo outmuscles Shaw to cooly slot it into the bottom corner.

With this game, Manchester United is in the last position of the table with a goal difference of -5. They are yet to score the first goal of the season by their own players. They pulled one back against Brighton in the first game but that was an own goal.
