Despite winning the Ligue 1 crown in April, the former Tottenham Hotspur boss was booed by large sections of the home crowd with a perception that he was responsible for several below-par performances across the season.

The club earlier signed a new and groundbreaking three-year contract with Kylian Mbappe, reportedly handing him an unprecedented level of control over Les Parisians’ footballing operations.

PSG was eliminated from the Champions League at the round of stage by eventual winners Real Madrid and also crashed out early in the Coupe de France with a humiliating defeat to Nice. To improve the new season, PSG wants to bring in a new manager, Christophe Galtier.

Who is PSG new Manager? Galtier?

Christophe Galtier is likely to be a new PSG manager for the 2022-23 season. He previously managed Lille and Nice, leading the latter to a fifth-place finish last season. He left Nice on 27 June 2022, being replaced by Lucien Favre.

What do you think? Will Galtier be able to bring the Champions League to Paris?
